Product Acuity Consulting is a trade name of DooWooWoo, LLC. (DWW). DWW recognizes that its customers, visitors, users, and others (collectively or individually "Users" or “you”) who use web sites owned or operated by DWW (“DWW Sites”) including but not limited to http://www.productacuity.com, value their privacy. This Privacy Notice details important information regarding the use and disclosure of User information collected on DWW Sites. What this Privacy Policy Covers
- This Privacy Policy covers DWW's treatment of personally identifiable information that you, your computer, or your ISP provide us when you are on a DWW Site, and when you use DWW services. This policy also covers DWW treatment of any personally identifiable information that DWW business and service partners share with DWW.
- This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that DWW does not own or control, or to people that DWW does not employ or manage.
Information Collection and Use
- DWW collects personally identifiable information when you register for a DWW account, when you use certain DWW products or services, and when you visit DWW pages. DWW may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners.

Your personal information is displayed to other Users when you upload Recordings or send messages through the DWW Sites and other Users can contact you through messages and comments. Any Recordings that you submit to the DWW Sites may be redistributed through the internet and other media channels, and may be accessed or downloaded by the general public.
- DWW will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:
- You request information, products, or services;
- We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process;
- Required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with state and federal laws (such as U.S. Copyright Law); or
- We find that your actions on our web sites violate the DWW Terms of Use or any of our guidelines.
- DWW also reserves the right to disclose personally identifiable information and/or non-personally-identifiable information that PCVA believes, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to enforce our Terms of Use, take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend itself against any third-party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, to protect the security or integrity of our web site, and to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of DWW, our Users or others.
- DWW also reservse the right to share your contact information, including e-mail addresses, with other entities to use in providing and delivering information to you, that DWW feels may be of community interest.

- DWW may set and access DWW cookies on your computer.
- DWW allows other companies that are presenting advertisements on some of our pages to set and access their cookies on your computer. Other companies' use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies generally do not, but may, have access to DWW cookies.

Childrens' Privacy
- DWW does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information or non-personally-identifiable information on the PCVA Sites from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of our website is directed to persons under 13. - The DWW Sites are hosted in the United States and are intended for and directed to Users in the United States.
